The 3M™ Tegaderm™ High Performance Foam Non-Adhesive Dressing is a non-adherent wound dressing that can be used as a primary or secondary dressing for low to highly exuding partial and full thickness wounds and under compression. The multi-layer construction of the foam dressing results in excellent fluid management making it absorbent and breathable to reduce the risk of maceration. 3M’s innovative multi-layer technology absorbs and evaporates moisture to maintain an optimal wound healing environment.

  • Stackable multi-layer dressing design which combines absorbency with breathability

The 3M™ Tegaderm™ High Performance Foam Non-Adhesive Dressing’s multi-layer design combines absorbency with breathability to reduce the risk of maceration.

Highly breathable film: protects the wound from strikethrough and adapts to changing levels of exudate to maintain the moisture balance for an optimal moist wound environment.

Moisture control layer: facilitates evaporation of moisture from the wound through the highly breathable adhesive film backing.

Superabsorbent layer: absorbs and retains moisture away from the wound, minimising backward moisture migration.

Soft absorbent foam layer: wicks moisture away from the skin and into the secondary layers and has minimal swell, which decreases the potential for disruption of healing tissue.
